Looking to buy a Calgary Condo? Do you currently own a Condo and want to know more? These videos explore the complexities of condominium ownership from Unit Factors to Special Assessments and everything in between.
This video is about Real Property Reports (RPR) and whether or not they are required in a condominium transaction.
An RPR is a plan of survey and they are required in many residential real estate transactions in Alberta. When it comes to condominiums, an RPR is required when a condo unit is a Bareland condo. However, an RPR is not required when the condo is a Conventional unit. Knowing the difference can save you hundreds of dollars, not to mention allowing the transaction to close smoothly and on time! Watch the video to learn more.
